QA/QC NDT COORDINATOR / WELDING INSPECTOR
• Assign jobs to NDT personnel and coordinate with NDT technicians engaged by Client to carryout NDT on the equipment’s as per inspection plan provided by Client. Arrange resources and utilities to NDT.
• Review the NDT results and report the findings with recommendations.
• Coordinate with other Client sections (maintenance, operations, safety), attend meetings if required.
• Co-ordination and supervision of all NDT & HT activities ( sub contractor companies SPAWTEST,DTB,CHEMAR )
• Take digital photographs – external and internal of the equipment’s inspected and properly label and document them with necessary details. Relevant photographs to be attached to inspection reports.
• Identify jobs on a daily basis for next day’s planning
• Issuing all the required Weekly and Daily Notifications to the Consultant..
• Monitor the availability of the required NDT equipment & consumables on a daily basis and ensure their availability at all times.
• Assisted by clerical staff for effecting the communication and preparation of reports
• Film interpretation and evaluation as per codes/Standards
• To perform duties and jobs related to the advancement of the company as assigned by the management from time to time.
• Regular interaction with clients, execution of inspection & NDT jobs as per requirement and satisfaction of the client' inspectors.
• Provide guidance to NDT trainees and occasionally checking their performance for further recommending them to higher training

since 2012 December Lukoil Neftochim Bourgas ( Heavy residue process complex first phase , Technip ) Bulgeria prefabrication of piping ASME 31.3 / Pressure Equipment Directive (97/23/EC) in workshop .Inspecting goods on receipt for compliance with clint requirements specifically for alloy verification and review of sub-contract radiographs
• Perform inspection checks and verify correctness of results to QC Inspection Team Lead
• Ensure all inspection requirements are completed prior to issue/signing of release note for production or contractors
• Monitor and assess Production/Contractor’s workmanship quality
• Monitor implementation of approved procedures on the shop floor
• Ensure adherence to all relevant construction drawings, applicable specifications, work codes and safety manual
• Ensure all welding/inspection equipment is within calibration requirements
• Conduct and record welding parameters during test welding procedural qualification, witness laboratory test, conduct WQT, compile test reports, check correctness of updated WPS/PQR/WQTR register
• Ensure all Advice Notes/Non-Conformances are reported and recorded to facilitate corrective and preventive actions
• Liaise with Dimension Controller and Inspection Data Input to carry out dimensional check and suitably keep data record respectively

Design and manufacturing of pressure vessels , reactors, towers, shell and tube heat exchangers, storage tanks and prefabrication of piping for petrochemical, chemical, energy, nuclear and ecology sectors .
• Check all documents from subcontractors (welding procedures, welder qualification , technical documentation )
• Supervision of pipe and structural welding, conducting welder qualification test , visual inspection before , during and after welding , application of NDT method in weld joints of pressure vessels , columns,heat exchangers and piping drawings code,standard and specification,Responsible for the Quality Assurance/Quality Control planning and leads the Quality Assurance/Quality Control activities .
• Perform Surveillance Inspection to ensure that the construction work is performed and meet the project specific Quality Requirements
• Assist in the verification of in process inspection, final inspection and welding
• Responsible towards welding control and inspection
• Prepare and maintain Welding Audit Report during construction
• Record result of inspections and maintain records of specific items as per contract/specifications
• Administer AFI request to Client and 3rd party and coordinate for inspection as identified in the respective discipline ITP
• Raise Non-Conformance Reports as seen during inspection and follow-up on status of rework and close-out. Attend to all potential problems to prevent occurrence of defects.
• Arrange for proper NDT requirements as per specifications
• Interpret RT films pertaining to welding joints
• Establish and maintain inspection and NDT progress status on weekly basis
• Generate weekly weld rejection rate summary
• Witness all testing activities ,
• Monitor PWHT . check diagram of PWHT
• Prepare Test Packs for Piping Hydro static testing
• Prepare/comply the final punch list prior to delivery of the fabricated and assembled components

• NDT LEVEL -2 Inspector Since July 2009 to June 2011, performed several jobs concerning non destructive testing PT , MT , UT , PMI , HT , FERRITE for NDT Polska company, in Lotos refinery, Program 10+, MHC Project, Gdansk, Poland
• Prepared and presented technical proposals for clients
• Maintained current knowledge about the latest operating and maintenance practices with continuing education courses
• Performed quality control tests on lab equipment and lab analyses
