Main responsibilities:
• Calculation, analysis and booking of contra revenue reserves for several EMEA countries
• contribution in Balance Sheet Reviews preparation
• accounts reconciliation
• monthly controllership reporting
•dealing with overestimation or underestimation of reserves
• preparing financial reports containing contra revenue level for month end closing

Main responsibilities:

•Management of market data inventory (log market data contracts into inventory, set up new services, renewals, terminations, price update)
•Investigation on discrepancies between the database and contracts data as well as between database and received invoices (invoice reconciliation team support)
•Set up, transfer and cancellation of the Market Data services for users on vendor’s side and in inventory

Other responsibilities: Acting as team leader’s deputy

Main responsibilities :
•Control, manage and collect AR
•Manage invoice process according to process flow and legal requirements
•Provide customer service on the highest level by responding, tracking and resolving customer inquiries
•Negotiate with the customers possible EOT scenarios
•Manage customer equipment returns process
•Coordinate, facilitate, process and follow up on financial changes on the contracts( contract corrections, restructures etc.)
