Senior HR Specialist
• Provision of general HR advice and guidance to managers and staff
• Give full support to other departments in all matters related to HR and employment issues
• Coordinating of the entire recruitment life cycle, from candidate identification to the new hire experience
• Benchmarking existing processes and looking externally for best practices to import them into UPC
• Developing and implementing HR programs /practices/tools that motivate and make people committed towards achieving organizational objectives
• Establishing and maintaining college and university contacts, arranging Student & Graduate Fairs and workshops, etc.

• Promote good practices which create effective communication system and good relationship between departments
