Program & Project Mgmt Analyst
Resource & Skill Management
- Monitor the demand vs. supply position identifying options for growth, cross skilling and off-shoring – increase recoverability
- Accountable for the management of External Opportunities analyzing met & un-met opportunities identifying skills gaps
- Manage the DC Implementation Services Capability, ensuring utilization & recoverability of resources is maximized
- Use consistent analysis to request resources using capacity planning and supply and demand processes and ensure the resources are deployed to meet investment priorities
- Facilitate the maintenance of the skills matrix & certifications ensuring it is reviewed by technical teams on a monthly basis
Compliance & Reporting
- Own & present the performance reports incorporating client and project performance, infrastructure, resource management, data centre status, and client compliance.
- Provide both verbal and written communications regarding project status, risks and issues; ensure that any concerns or potential risks are raised or escalated in an appropriate and timely manner
- Coordinate Operations calls to review key data related to the services/projects; work with offshore team to prepare dashboards; prepare associated weekly/monthly slide deck and distribute to the appropriate teams; prepare agenda with Service/Project leaders
- Implement and administer project and management tools and methodologies to promote and ensure the quality of project deliverables.
Contract & Licence Management
- Maintain relationship with all 3rd Party Suppliers, manage Service Reviews and monitor performance against SLAs & OLAs
- Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects
- Ensure contract close-out, extension or renewal.
- As needed, provide guidance on contract matters to project managers or other operational staff, including training to new project managers and other employees in contracting practices and procedures

- Identify existing and potential competitors, monitor and forecast their moves on a market
- Evaluate risks and opportunities with respect to new products (Poland, Europe, World)
- Provide written and oral reports on findings to management, with emphasis on implications of possible company or competitive actions
- Cooperate with internal and external departments that cope with market research, product development and promotion
- Coordinate and implement various sales and marketing programs
- Manage, update and edit company’s website (layout, information content)
- Develop and implement social media strategy and actions (Facebook, YouTube)
- Design and implement actions enhancing and extending community engagement (contests, quizzes, promotional actions)
- Manage, research and write content for social media, e-newsletters and company’s blog
- Manage tools to increase communication level within the company and between the company and external partners (internal/external newsletter, facebook, company’s forum)
