Maintaining relationships with multinational membership clients; assisting clients in particpating in Mercer compensation and benefits surveys, monitoring delivery of products and contracts execution, facilitating external and internal communication.

Currently responsible for clients from Benelux and Swiss markets.

Coordination of a team of five, responsible for client management of the membership clients:
- supervising contracts execution and delivery of products;
- facilitation of internal and external communication;
- day to day client and sales team support
- invoicing; preparation of flash financial reports, up keeping databases, drafting contracts, sales support projects; research.

Complete management of the process of international relocations: organizing operations department, complete customer care including claims handling, additionally: supervising office's administration, maintenance of clients’ files and database, sales support (comfort calls, preparation of offers), claim handling, preparation of profit and loss reports to company’s regional headquarters
