Management of a team responsible for change management of FDS department IT platforms, both core and supplementary ones, covering: business analysis, project management and testing of software delivered.

• Release management of FDS core transactional platform OSM, including: release scope arbitration with business stakeholders, planning and monitoring of analysis and testing phases, roll-out and post-implementation follow-up management.

• Team workload planning and reporting, supervision of realized projects and quality assurance of project deliverables; Identifying enhancement opportunities for analysis and testing processes; Ensuring Booster methodology is strictly followed in terms of project management.

• People management of an up to 12 persons team (junior to senior experts), covering regular and annual assessment, talent development and recruitment. Cooperation with leaders of other Engineerig teams in terms of common recruitment standards and effectiveness of the sourcing process.

Business analysis team management, including: project portfolio management, team workload planning, supervision of realised projects and quality assurance. Coordination of the cooperation with other teams (Technology, Operations, Compliance) on regional, cross-regional and global level.

Direct engagement in key initiatives, focusing on business process transformation:
- Engagement in global End-To-End AML Monitoring Transformation project, aiming to prepare a common platform supporting whole AML process, across functions and teams. Project will support transformation of AML organization from function-based to process based.
- Preparation of process-oriented AML investigation supporting tool (based on previous successful implementation in Bank Handlowy), including: concept preparation, process mapping, alignment with Compliance requirements, general system architecture, oversight over requirements gathering, documentation and modelling, service model proposal.

Business analytics team coordination, including: project portfolio management, team workload planning, supervision of realised projects and quality assurance. Team management in terms of talent management, regular assessment, team development and recruitment. Coordination of the cooperation with other teams, in particular within R&D and IT Projects Delivery departments.

Direct analytical engagement in the initiatives crucial for the Bank, including:
• Optimisation of AML case analysis process, both on business and system level, covering integration of data feeds from CRM-class systems as well as from AML-dedicated systems.
• Preparation of new KYC policy implementation, covering onboarding process analysis and redesign focused on integration of new standards into the process;
• FATCA regulation implementation concept; Analysis regulatory requirements and system analysis required to identify alternative solutions. Associated risk assessment and recommendation of local system-based solution. Implementation support.

Elaboration and promotion of initiatives created inside of the R&D Center, in particular projects which could influence further development of the Bank:
• Common platform for business processes integration (BPM class system) based on Group strategic solution; Promotion of process-oriented client-serving approach across the organization.
• Master data management for the Bank back-end processes, including organizational structure data as well as information on roles and positions.

Business analysis of the initiatives emerging in the Corporate Banking area, in context of the associated business processes and products. Verification of the business justification for the project, including double-check of the potential ROI. Project initiation support by providing high quality business requirements documentation – thanks to cooperation with wide range of project stakeholders.
Participation in projects covering following areas:
• Regulatory requirements adaptation in the area of financial reporting and OpRisk regulatory capital calculation;
• Credit cards– transaction authorisation processes, transaction clearing, settlements with VISA and reconciliation processes;
• Cash acquisition processes;
• Integration of electronic banking systems with customers IT infrastructure.

IT systems implementation team member for Deloitte’s in-house developed analytical systems system for risk measurement and analysis according to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for banking sector.
• Gathering & verification of requirements (with the stakeholders and against the applicable methodologies); Analysis and preparation of functional and technical specifications;
• Operational project management during delivery of the system for several banks across Europe (preparation of change management policy, version control process management, design of testing approach for main calculation algorithms);
• Client cooperation management during: definition of data interfaces, final system architecture definition, integration and acceptance tests phases – including post-implementation support;
• Operational implementation team management in complex environment of an international financial group, requiring day-to-day coordination of activities taking place in different locations across Europe.

Participation in a long-term forensic project realised by international team for leading global financial institutions in response to requirements of national and international regulators.
• Design of a large volume data management process (data retrieval , data staging, ETL process, data quality and pre-analysis steps) in the MS SQL environment;
