Managing recruitment process across Nordics, UK, Ireland and Benelux (hires from graduate to executive level):
• advertising jobs, selecting recruitment methods, sourcing and attracting candidates through networking, sourcing, direct approach, referrals;
• screening CV's, conducting phone screens, evaluating skill level;
• managing the offer process; partnering with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding process and a positive candidate experience from application to offer/decline;
• building strong partnering relationships with Hiring Managers across the business at all levels.

Successfully sourced and head-hunted candidates for IT and Finance positions across Europe

Created HR Department from scratch;
Managed HR operations:
Full - cycle Recruitment, On-boarding and Off-boarding, Training and Development of Staff, ER Issues, Performance management, Counseling and disciplining staff, Updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines.

• Worked as an external HR Consultant for international clients: involved in annual reviews and performance management, implementation of training and compensation systems; providing support in regards to HR policies, procedures and HR best practice
• Responsible for full - cycle recruitment, specializing in HR, Sales, Marketing, Admin, Multilingual & Finance positions. Successfully sourced & headhunted candidates in fast-paced recruitment agency environment
