* Participating in requirements reviews.
* Collaborating with Developers and Product Managers to ensure that solutions are testable and meet corporate quality standards.
* Reviewing defects to be implemented, determining how they should be tested and ensuring that all required elements are in place prior to testing.
* Determining appropriate resources required to test a single feature, bug fix, a set of software changes or a product release.
* Carrying out various forms of testing including but not limited to: production testing; accuracy testing; performance testing; regression testing and functional testing.
* Documenting reusable tests in the form of test cases.
* Looking for patterns in defects and requests. Instigating appropriate action to address those patterns effectively.
* Reviewing test plans and activities to ensure the resource applied is commensurate with the impact on quality.
* Striving to develop increasingly efficient and effective methods to meet quality objectives.
* Ensuring good working knowledge of the software modules being tested.
* Ensuring good working knowledge of the tools used in-house to perform Test Case Management, Defect Management, Testing and Automated Testing.

* Creating site plans, floor plans, 3D models, elevations, sections, and detail drawings, doing surveys and interior designs of various sites for residential, retail and leisure use.
