Operations Director /Dyrektor Operacyjny
HR Operations (HR, Administration, H&S, Facilities):
- Supporting the implementation of the global strategy, HR initiatives and processes
- Creating and/or maintaining local HR policies and ensuring consistency in their application in conjunction with Corporate HR
- Partnering with Corporate C&B to ensure that the compensation strategy is aligned with the local need and consistent across line of business
- Planning and managing training
- Partnering with line managers and the business on appraisal and PDP processes
- Counseling employees and managers on performance related issues
- Partnering with Corporate HR and Business on Talent Management and Development
- Managing the whole recruitment cycle
- Managing and resolving employee relations issues
- Ensuring legal H&S compliance in all areas
- Drafting policies and procedures as well as employment contracts in line with company guidelines and local legislation
Finance and Legal:
- Signing contracts and declarations as designated company representative (Autonomous Proxy)
- Managing Risk by keeping the Corporate and local management informed of any risk; ensuring that all involved parties comply with audit requirements;
- Representing the company to local/regional authorities
- Negotiating contracts and managing relations with all suppliers
- Preparing and managing budget for all local cost centres
- Supporting Corporate and local management with any contractual issues regarding clients or contractors
Business Development and Marketing responsibilities for CEE Region:
- Brand awareness and PR activities
- Developing and maintaining good working relationships with all third parties
- Coordinating activities in the region which promote Fiserv products and services, including Trade Shows, Seminars, partner events
- Managing and coordinating all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities in cooperation with Sales and marketing departments in the US and UK
