1. Finalisation of Companies, Trust and key management’s personal Accounts.
2. Company Law Matters like incorporation of company, alteration of object clause, annual e – filings, maintenance of necessary registers and drafting of resolutions and minutes for all the Companies under Companies Act 1956 and amended new Companies Act 2013.
3. Drafting of relevant legal documents and business agreements.
4. Preparation of Income tax computations and Returns of Companies, Trust and key management personnel personal accounts.
5. Preparation and filing of TDS returns
6. Computation of service tax liability and thereafter preparing and filing of service tax returns under Service Tax laws. However, with effect from July 1, 2017 new law was enacted, Goods and Service Tax Act replacing Value Added Tax, Service Tax, Sales Tax, Octroi, Customs, etc.
7. Preparation and filing of profession tax returns of the Companies
8. Tax and Entities Cash flow Planning
9. Use of Standard and Customised Accounting Package like Tally for maintaining entities records and Compuoffice for carrying out statutory compliances.
10. Banking work
11. Managing a team of 7 associates to ensure smooth functioning of company, individual as well as Trust accounts on day-to-day basis
12. Introduced SOPs for smooth functioning of various processes avoiding manual errors
13. Managing appraisals for all reportees
14. Followup and closure of any legal issues related to Taxation scrutiny upto Hon'ble Commissioner (Appeals)

Completed three and a half years of article ship at M/s. V.A.Parikh & Associates, Chartered Accountants during which I personally grew in a professional environment while being responsible for the clients’ satisfaction with the work performed under pressure of strict deadlines. This inculcated a disciplined attitude for smart work to achieve individual success.
