HR Partner for Board Members, Directors and Managers for selected divisions (covering up to B – 2 managerial level and ~ 300 employees)
o HR leadership and facilitation of employment practises, guidelines, management, development, coaching, performance management
o Labour law advisory and responsibility including preparation of documents related to performance management
- Recruitment and Talent management :
o Responsibility of recruitment process for whole country
o Managing team of recruiters in order to provide business class support in all activities related to workforce planning and hiring
o Responsibility for talent and succession programmes
- Leading other HR projects related to HR managerial position

Main duties:
- Development: TNA (training needs analysis), supplier selection, organization and coordination of the program with yearly effectiveness analysis, development centers
- Recruitment process: selection of search channels, interviews, assessment centers, candidates’ reports, recommendation to managers, paperwork connected with recruitment
