 Application server ,Web application server and Database server Integration as well as third party application.
 Installation of software in APP server and load balancer configuration with Load Balancer Team.

 Ensure the migration of the application at each stages is carried out in-line with the Banks IT security compliance policy.
 Risk associated with the project are assessed and proper mitigation steps are taken with vendors and concerned stake-holders.
 Solution designed for the migration of the application and database server meet all agreed criteria.
 Network design with vendors,firewall implementation,database upgrade and patch deployment in Production server.
 Periodic project progress updates to senior management and Business.
 Support UAT testing and releases codes into production server.
 Perform Disaster Recovery exercise in all the servers in frequent basis.
 Manage the hardware vendor team to analyse faults, network checks, and health-check motoring.
 Document detailed reporting of the issues and trends and take steps to close defects and changes to closure.
 Post Go-Live Support with support staff and operations issues faced by customers are taken with respective application team.
 Organising and facilitating Project Steering / Operating Committees meetings.
 Writing detailed and summarized project progress reports

Duties & Responsibilities
 Managed the IT operation of the bank on a day to day .
 Ensure services like ATM,Net Banking,Treasury and third party applications are running fine and take measures in the event of any incidents with respective stake holders.
 Incident Management in the event of sev 1,2.
 Deploy changes and releases into production as per change management process.
 Ensuring Projects and Programmes are executed using agreed standards & processes.
 Reviewed and approved all project documentation
 Escalating issues and areas of concern to senior managers
 Preparing status reports for use in communication to stakeholders
 Provided project support for all off site activities
 Ensured staff and sub contractors timesheets were accurately completed.
 Responsible for ensuring best value is obtained for the project including supplier base, use of internal and external resources
 Maintaining and completing Project Key Performance Indicators.
 Identifying, costing and processing any contract variations.
 Tracking activities against the detailed project plans.
 Updating project plans to include agreed changes.
 Producing accurate financial reports.
 Monitoring actual expenditure figures against project budgets.

 Provided project support for all off site activities

 Bridge call and support for sev1,sev2 incidents along with all stake holders.
 Periodic update to client on the incident and followup stake holders till closure.
 Ensure EOD batch for 15 applications is completed on time.
 Tracking Incidents raised within a week and follow up meeting with the concerned team on the RCA and fix.
 Matrix generation monthly on trends on alerts, Incidents count and SLA meet.
 Focus on SLA improvement and alert reduction as per service improvement activity..
 Keeping knowledge document handy and updating the same.
 Coordinate Disaster Recovery Activities for all applications
