In Soundwear I was responsible for creating and intiating the whole social media and e-communication campaigns. I have created the whole social media strategy, blogvertising strategy, media contacts, press releases, online advertising campaigns, UI improvements inside the online store. I was responsible for entering brands Urbanears, Coloud, Zumreed and Marshall into Polish market.
At the moment I am monitoring whole social media for all the brands above sentiment and the soundwear brand.
I am fluently using Google Analytics and Facebook insights.

As a community manager in Snuffy Weiss I am also a strategy creator. Based on specific group of tobacco enthusiasts I have created a special strategy for this, highly targeted group of people, who I am talking with every day. Normally I am also responsible for Snuffy Weiss internet visibility and discussion forums monitoring.

This fanpage is higly targeted, which results in high engagement between fans and a brand. I was also responsible for paid facebook ad campaigns and contests creating and managing.

During my internship in The Netherlands in Youropi.com I was improving their social media strategy, I was training inside people, how to behave and manage whole social media and how to get the most of it by improving their website and making it more social.

In Goyello as Social Media Consultant I am actively managing all social media Goyello accounts, e.g.: twitter: @goyello and @goyelloNL, facebook: fb.com/goyello, flickr: flickr.com/goyello, YouTube user: goyellocom. I am also responsible for managing Goyello main website: goyello.com and career website: kariera.goyello.com. I have also created an idea of this website and I was responsible for prototyping it. I was also responsible for creating the whole social media Goyello strategy, as an employer here in Poland, because my main task at the moment is building employer's brand strategy.
I was creating ads in facebook and in google, I am using Google Analytics fluently, as well as Facebook Insights and HootSuite.
My main tasks are from creating an employer's brand strategy to find the things which Goyello is doing reagrding hiring people in Poland and also the places, where we are visible, sponsorships, voluntary projects, job fairs and job offers copywriting, ideas for design, I was also responsible for managing promotional videos creating and screenplays writing. The videos are available on our YouTube account.
Apart from hiring new people, I am also responsible for inside strategy, so it contains all the procedure how to keep people close to the company, e.g. handbook for new employees, welcoming procedure, knowledge sharing meetings, integrational parties, yammer maintaining, internal and external trainings, encouraging people to represent company outside, conferences organizing, and many more.
