• Design of Mechanical Building Services: Domestic Water Systems, Ventilation, Heating, Chilled Water Systems, Drainage.
• Undertaking calculations for the design using Heva- Comp including Part L compilation
• Preparing Renewable Energy Reports and Presentations

• Estimating using Ensign software
• Managing and verifying subcontractor design and equipment deliverables.
• Liaising with the client to establish and clarify their requirements and ensuring that these are achieved.
• Maintaining quality of project deliverables, while ensuring the project is completed on time and within the budget.
