-Following all development cycle of new products from preparing of documentation, through RFQ cycle with bid comparison to Business Award and defining chosen supplier.
-Cooperation with supplier to defining new opportunities to reach material and TCO savings.
-RFQ & PO preparation in Citrix.
-Daily customer service and cooperation with Alstom in Poland and in Kazakhstan.
-Negotiating the prices, challenging suppliers to reach targets.
-Fully responsibility of development and performance of suppliers.
-Checking and working with technical documentations.
-Reporting and working with suppliers above delivering schedules to keep overall supply chain function.
-Working in Citrix enviromental.

The biggest achieve is to be since one year internal project manager for the biggest transfer of scope from one supplier to new one. Main tasks are:
- Daily contact with old and new supplier to coordinate all transfer process.
- Work to source for above 1700 different items.
- Implement new logistic operator for above 20 halls.
- Preparing all cost estimations and risk scenarios to prevent them.
- Working with preparing and negotiate Specific Agreement.
- Coordinating all first deliveries.
- Daily work with new supplier to clarify all necessary requires and standards.
Daily work:
- Constantly contact with supplier and managing scopes of: small sheet metal works parts, all fasteners, c-class items, chemicals and paint
- Following all development cycle of new products from preparing of documentation, through RFQ cycle with bid comparison to Business Award and defining chosen supplier and coordinating first delivery according the need date.
- Cooperation with supplier to defining new opportunities to reach material and TCO savings.
- Negotiating the prices, challenging suppliers to reach targets.
- Preparing budget calculation for ongoing and new project.
- Fully responsibility of development and performance of suppliers.
- Strict cooperating with Logistic, Quality, Industrialization, Technical and Financial departments.
- Checking and working with technical documentations.
- Reporting and working with suppliers above delivering schedules to keep overall supply chain function of kanban items
- Working with local ERP (SAP) system.
Additionally for half year as a Sourcing Performance Analyst:
- Preparing all sourcing KPIs base on big databases.
- Work as a Key User for sourcing tools.
- Develop of suppliers by preparing monthly scorecard and working with buyers to improve scores.
- Defining new processes and way of working implement for all procurement workers.
- Frequently contact with central team to solving global issues.

Record-keeping in the field of business, transportation and logistics, law excise duty and characters, the right to protection of trademarks.
Supply chain logistics management in the country and imports wines from Serbia.
Drafting of offers and catalogs marketing, product descriptions, any content related to the current activity of the company published in the press and via the Internet.
Building long-term business relationships with foreign suppliers.
Arranging and conducting meetings with business customers and the organization and delivery of training and tasting.
Organization of the company's stand at the fair fwine.pl ENOEXPO 2013.
Coordination of sales and sales force.
Administration online store, funpage, auction portals.
The introduction of new brands and products to the Polish market.
Management of the company following areas: Customer Service Department of the National; Logistics and Import; Sales department.
Co-creating trade and marketing policy for individual markets.
Responsibility for contacts with the media, giving interviews, editing texts for the press, reporting participation in competitions, trade fairs wine, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with leading representatives of the industry, critics.
