Senior Lease Analyst / Team Leader
Managing a team of 6 Lease Analysts and ensuring the team’s work is efficient and delivered to the highest standards;
Providing a wide array of services ranging from ongoing financial management and data reporting to in-depth contract analysis and preliminary legal assessment of lease-related events;
Acting directly as an agent on behalf of the client towards the landlords and facility managers;
Close cooperation with other regions (US & Asia/Pacific) to ensure global consistency;
Providing trainings for subordinates with regards to procedures and financial processes;
Involved in the recruitment process.

Overseeing the clients real estate portfolio in Germany and supervising the monthly rent payments;
Responsible for the Account Receivable module and focused on service enhancement and process development/improvement.
