Currently, leading from finance perspective Displays and Accessories business both commercial and consumer on EMEA level. Working directly with Business Managers, Finance Leaders, FP&A and WW GBU. Having end to end responsibility for all finance activities including revenue and GPM forecasting, budgeting and supporting decision making process. It comprises as well strong P&L and B/S management: month end close coordination, actuals analysis (incl. allowances and cost of sales).

HP COE Neo Onboarding
It was an initiative to create a monthly trainings for new comers to HP with the most important information of each team reponsibilities, deliveriables, daily work etc. The purpose of the meeting was to help new employees to understand the structure of Center of Excellence to present the basic information about the teams and their work. It containted also the most important information needed at daily work, like how to log the IT tickets, how to find either payroll or HR cases.
Optimization of Contra Revenue accrual process for PPS GWE region
Yellow Belt project to optimize Contra Accrual calculation. The purpose of the yellow belt project was to optimize and reduce time spent on preparing PPS GWE accrual calculation through redesigning the whole process and implementing VBA code which I wrote.
