 Coordinate external suppliers and colleagues for warranty issues, breakdowns &
improvements.
 Develop plan, documentation & implementation of machine improvements.
 Coordinate automation personnel for internal implementation of improvements.
 Implementation together with external company for implementation of new alarms &
logic based on Production comments
 Inter-department cooperation to develop process programs management for the
different machines.
 Analysis of the mechanical and hydraulic drawings for troubleshooting.
 Work with several brands of PLCs (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Schneider Electric…)
Achievements:
o Lead person to solve design claims and warranty issues together with the
manufacturer (82 issues solved).
o Took part in four successful factory acceptance tests, working as part of a
multidepartment team, where technical comments resulted in improvements for the
machines before delivery.
o Create technical specification clear and concise for discussion with manufacturer due
to operational problems.
