Financial Analyst
• Maintain a monthly spend review process with the project managers to give a current picture of the project to their budget and forecast so they can understand the variances.
• Conduct the monthly code process for all the projects by ensuring all spend is accounted for against the projects and clearing the spend to all corporate identified accounts post finalization.
• Support the cost accounting team with and forecast process with regards to the management of the volumes both in terms of units and earned hours with an impact analysis and comparison to plan and last forecast and impact analysis on absorption.
• Assist local management with financial support of capital expenditure requests.
• Review financial statements to analyze sales revenue costs, expenses and tax rates for all business units for leading process automation of the company
• Management of all financial aspects of the projects that are being currently worked in on the bay area- this includes acquisitions,integration,restructuring etc. Scope of work includes working with the program manager and the extended team to support with detailed planning and budget dollar estimation, management of head count and other expenses and assist with regular forecasts in timelines.
