Global operations in helping customers open overseas accounts. Talking to the customer, establish why they are going overseas, what are they going for – are they working, are they studying and then also look at opening products overseas for them. Look at sending across customer UK HSBC credit history so that when they do get to the country, there is some reference of their credit products and accounts they have held in the UK. That can help customer then in terms of arranging these lending products when they arrive in a new country. Smooth the customer’s journey with opening up the overseas accounts.
