Main responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates using advanced web tools and techniques, as well as personal and/or professional networking activities.
Head-hunting.
In-depth qualifying and pre-screening candidates CV’s.
Interviewing candidates over the phone.
Ensuring regular communication with client teams to track submitted candidate progress to role completion.
Taking briefs for the roles form the hiring managers.
Presenting the sort-listed candidates to the hiring managers.
Providing feedback to the candidates after the face ti face interview.
Making offers to the candidates.
Maintaining relationship with candidates through the whole selection process.
Running market research projects.
