Main responsibilities:

1. Supplier analysis:
-balance score card
- supervising of KPI's
2. Running Week Point Management for key suppliers
3. Contact the supplier in priority situations 1
4. Develop a complaint process for suppliers
5. Obtaining a quality assurance plan from key suppliers (Process Map, CP, FMEA)
6. Participation in the implementation of new products (NPI)
7. Analysis of 8D reports from suppliers and verification of defined corrective and corrective measures by the supplier
8. Moderating and attending quality conferences with key suppliers

Duties:

• Create and supervise product and drawings structures in ERP and SPC applications
• Preparing according to the standards of assembly and inspection instructions and quality guidelines for products according to customer specifications
• Verification and supervision of quality, technical and legal (environment, UL, ETL, etc.) requirements related to the manufacture of subordinate products.
• Participate in the implementation of new products
• Introducing and monitoring technical changes
• Moderating and participating in the SQAP process and complaint process
