1) point of contact for questions related to the procure to pay process
2) preparing monthly Communication Letter to the LB
3) develop the P2P emails and update on Source
4) identify opportunities and areas for improvement
5) monthly statistics

Responsibilities:
- controlling the current issues related to forwarding (contact with foreign customers and carriers),
- planning, organizing and supervising the work of employees of the forwarding,
- negotiating contracts, transportation and handling costs,
- arranging routes and schedules, and confirming the details with carriers,
- booking cargo space with carriers,
- negotiating rates,
- calculating weight, volume, transit times and cost of goods to be moved,
- maintaining communication and control through all phases of the journey,
- utilizing e-commerce, internet technology and satellite systems to enable real-time tracking of goods,
- maintain current knowledge of relevant legislation, political situations, or other factors that could affect freight shipping,
- clearing goods through customs and arranging for any duties or taxes to be paid,
- the inclusion of a small parcel shipment to collective shipment,
- carrying out general administrative tasks.
