- Responsible for regional strategy for several product categories within MRO – heavy focus on multiple product packaging categories
- Responsible for >45 mln USD of spend/year
- Leading multiple sourcing projects for MRO categories aimed at generating savings and internal process improvements
- Leading negotiations for all handled categories
- Contract execution and management including supplier scorecards etc.

- Responsible for sourcing and procurement of diverse manufacturing services for heavy industry production site (machinery repairs and modernizations, civil works, ventilation, maintenance works, etc.)
- Sourcing leader and support in several CAPEX projects
- Leading negotiations for all handled supplies ensuring business requirements are met on time within budget
- High involvement in redesign of local procurement structure and processes for better efficiency and alignment within the EMEA region

- Ongoing responsibilities in variety of sourcing projects (raw materials, MRO, professional services, manufacturing services, CAPEX, Energy, Finished Goods, Transportation) for the following activities: spend & market analysis, supplier financial analysis, supplier audits, TCO workshops, clean sheet analysis, internal stakeholder communication, RFIs, RFPs, negotiations, price formula simulations, AOBs, contract templates reviews, contract implementations & scorecards, SAP contract controls – all assignments on cross-functional and multinational teams
- Facilitate introduction of global, centralized sourcing methodology in Europe: cooperate with facility purchasing personnel as well as newly establish European Sourcing team – act as a change agent, help build trust and credibility of new organization
- Co-lead Sourcing Analysis Team development: train new analysts, pass processes and category knowledge into newly established team, organize cross training with other functional teams
- Participate in the Procurement Ops project aiming to identify efficiencies in the local procurement processes across EMEA – included detailed work on purchasing process mapping

- Ad hoc support for local purchasing organizations in procurement operations

- Master building long-term relationship with the customers and provide expertise in customer service related topics
- Lead and support in process improvement projects related to production planning, forecasting and logistics solutions to crisis situations

- Answer and manage customer inquiries, calculate needs for Vendor Managed Inventory, monitor product delivery & export documentation, enter sales orders & perform order management for variety of major European clients in global pulp business
- Daily cooperation with variety of globally based business partners – internal and external – in relation to product availability, shipments, export, customs, deliveries etc.
