BLEZAT provides engineering services in the food and pharma industry: from industrial optimization and master plan, design for all branches (HVAC, architecture, construction, utilities), administrative and tender procedures, to supervision of works & final reception.

For the past 12 years in Poland (30 years in other parts of the world), we have been working with leading food and pharma companies (Nestlé, Nestlé Waters, L’Oréal, Cadbury Wedel, Sanofi, Servier Anpharm…).

o In charge of CV sourcing projects
- Creation of the web page www.altran.com/cee/jobs
- Creation of a system managing the recruitment process for distant users (based on Visual Basic)
- Set-up web recruitment tools to reach sufficient CV sourcing (including negotiation with suppliers)
- Organisation of recruitment events (managing a team up to 6 members for the biggest events)
o In charge of client marketing projects
- Organisation of client and promotion events
o In charge of knowledge management and of the development of new offerings
- Creation of a knowledge management system and a collaborative intranet (based on MS SharePoint)
- Coordination of offering development with senior consultants (following CMMI principles)
o Creation of business processes and environment
- In charge of procurement (negotiation with local suppliers or globalization with corporate purchasing)
- In charge of IT and telecommunication environment (Network infrastructure, HW&SW for users, fixed and mobile phone and internet connections, opportunity studies of VoIP for office and distant employees)

Results
o The 4 companies were created in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania. They now benefit from the basics for their development (Knowledge management, HR, marketing tools, procurement, IT).
o Marketing strategy proved results: exponential growth from 0 to 60 consultants.
o Communication activities allowed the company to overcome the lack of engineers on the market.
