• Manifold Upgrade Project. Project completed in an aggressive 3 months schedule to allow client to bid for FEED
on time. Project consisted of pre-FEED, FEED (Pilot scale of the project), Detail Design stages. Successfully
ensured that project deliverables such as PFDs, P&IDs, and system design reports were produced on schedule.
Manifold upgrade project included connecting additional pipeline to the existing gathering line. During project flow
assurance analysis of the gathering pipeline system were accomplished. System was simulated on HYSYS.
Prepared technical documents such as control and operating philosophy, hydraulic calculation report, process
simulation report. Leaded site survey, identified tie-in points, prepared site visit report. Developed technical
documents such as equipment and instrument datasheets. Regularly corresponded with clients to determine overall
satisfaction and identify where improvements could be made. Ensured safe working conditions and consulted it
with Process Safety Engineers. Responsible to checking and ensuring quality and consistency of process documents. Assisted in hydraulic calculations and material selection.
• Plant Boiler House Project. The project included upgrade of the boiler house and line sizing of additional jump over line for makeup water for hot water boilers. Installation of control valve on new makeup water jump-over line for pressure regulation at the suction hot water of circulating pumps. Control valve was sized regarding to Masoneilan Control Valve Sizing handbook and results were checked in HYSYS.
• WTF/WRF (Wastewater Treatment Facility/Water Recycling Facility) Projects. Projects included rupture disc sizing, installation of blowers on vent lines of the batch reactors. Assist other disciple engineers in solving issues. Developed technical drawings: P&IDs, PFDs. PSV and Rupture Disk sizing in accordance with API 520, API 521 and checking results in HYSYS Safety Analysis.
• Fuel gas supply project. The project included fuel gas supply to downstream process units. Site visit, identification of tie-in points, preparation of site visit report. Line sizing of the fuel gas line. Developed technical drawings: P&IDs, PFDs.

MWP (Multi- Well Pad) and Single Well Pad Projects. Performs manual/computer layouts using process specifications, standard drawings, design instructions, flow diagrams and supplier information. Report document and activity progress. Developed BFD, PFD, P&IDs. Prepared Process General Data and Hazardous area classification datasheets according to EI 15 international standard. On assignment to the field, support other engineers in their activities. Line sizing of the flow lines by means of HYSYS and check on erosion velocity. • Fire Water Unit Project. Developed required drawings such as PFDs, P&IDs. Sized tanks and pumps and accomplished line sizing. Performed Hydraulic Calculation Report. Reviewed and commented on other department’s design drawings and supplier equipment drawings.
