• To Execute plan for Sourcing Matrix, Development, strategic analysis and information to mitigate risk, consolidate vendors and deliver production/quality efficiencies.
• Handling 20 million pcs per year
• Source correct factory for right product to ensure price, quality and delivery on time.
• Visit garments factories to monitor production.
• Manages assigned vendors in production management to meet and exceed operational metrics. i.e Perfect Order Index for ship On-time, QA, and accurate documentation through daily operation monitoring.
• Organizes Pre-production Meeting for Key Programs.
• Negotiates production space & allocation.
• Execute production Improvement Plan.
• Assist Production Manager to submit comprehensive report and options to buying team for the late shipment.
• Evaluates and trains potential new and existing vendors / factories to ensure production requirements and compliance standards.
• works with QA for Production Verification to factories.
