This is my additional job. Using my experience and practical knowledge about financial instruments that I obtain during my current job in Misys, I teach students at University of Gdańsk. Of course I still work at Misys (see below).

It is the third and last level of product support of Kondor+ - the biggest Front Office platform on the market. I manage the most difficult issues that cannot be solved by 1st (internal bank support) and 2nd (Misys support consultants) level

During my job I am analysing customer's issues linked to the functionalities of product (generally saying - financial numbers that are retrieved from it) and looking for the solutions to them (not always problems raised by customers are software bugs). Very often my job is also similar to business analysts job, because sometimes it is me who is asked, and who has to decide how product should work (usually such doubts occur during bug fixing or specification gap). Except for this I report software bugs, validate them and participate in big testing campaigns of new software. I also conduct trainings for new joiners of company and students during internships (SQL, basics of capital markets, functionalities of Kondor+) - also in English. What is more I am directly caring and mentoring for new joiners and interns of company.

Since April 2016 I'm also directly analysing customer's business needs related to functionalities of K+, I'm writing my own specifications and coordinate implementation of given features with developers.

Job is challenging and enables me to develop especially in capital markets, financial instruments, and financial maths knowledge.
