• Management of the Market Risk Management Department - covering four teams (in two locations: Warsaw and Katowice), dealing with different market and liquidity risk aspects, as well as Product Control (ensuring correct positions valuation and P&L reporting for Financial Markets), ALM (assets and liabilities management – including Fund Transfer Pricing mechanism designed to transfer all market risk positions to Financial Markets) and so called “replication” process for liabilities without contractual maturities • Close co-operation with majority share-holder ING Bank NV • Deputy chairman of ALCO and Parameters Committee • Participating in hedge accounting processes set-up in the bank

Responsible for the core banking system (IBIS) implementation in commercial and syndicated loans area.

• Collecting and verifying information concerning Polish companies looking for foreign capital • Assisting with the organization of foreign investors conferences and seminars
