• Create build plans from forecast data, ensuring finished goods levels are controlled.

• Reporting on KPI's weekly to identify problems and completing a root cause analysis, followed by implemting preventative measures against the cause.

● Monitoring flow of materials twice weekly, supply vs customer demand. One week for high runner items and three weeks for all others.

● Mitigating materials for any material variances to try and fulfill customer orders on time.
● Daily creation of purchase orders for finished goods Materials & Requisitions from Sales/Marketing.
● Over-seeing the planning and scheduling of shipments from Mexico and America.
● Creating daily/weekly production schedules for the packaging department.
● Minimizing inventory while maximizing inventory turns.
● Monthly maintaining accurate data in the AS400 MRP system.

● Creating direct shipments for special requests made by material planners for expedites or prototype parts.

● Over-seeing material crossing customs through “Buckland’s customs brokers”, ensuring the correct freight was delivered at the right price.
● Working with Finance team to overcome various issues, such as: unpaid bills by customer, under/over-paid bills, and removing obsolete material from SAP.
● Inventory tracking, conducting cycle counts within the plant and on-site trailers, tracking in route freight through issued paperwork.
● Using SAP to create and process incoming/outgoing shipments, look back into transaction history for correcting errors, send ASN’s, implement new carriers and removing obsolete data.
