Project Manager – Taking over and completing the temporarily at risk project “e-Office for the residents of the Opole region” (delivery of equipment, development and software implementation, LAN and WAN) SAP system implementation in the energy sector for the Upper Silesian Distribution System Operator and Southern Energy Consortium (TAURON),
Reengineering of maintenance processes in a national and global organisation.
Overseeing the construction of fibre-optic routes in Warsaw (15km) and Poznan (13km).
