Main duties:
Creating booking for flights, hotels and car hires in GDS (worldspan, sabre).
Issuing invoices and ticket's.
Answering passenger and travel agencies emails and calls.
Offering competitive rates for trips.
Looking after passengers in case with any issues with their booking.

MAIN DUTIES:
I was helping customers with general questions and queries about their airfare bookings, making changes to their bookings where required. Also I’ve looking after passengers whilst they are on holiday, ensuring if they have any issues someone is on hand to help and assist them.
- Answering passenger and travel agent calls and emails,
- Issuing a Lowcost Carriers tickets,
- Offering a friendly and efficient service in line with group guidelines,
- Managing in resort queries offering advice and assistance to our passengers when they need it the most,
- Managing pre departure complaints, and helping resolve these,
- Working across multiple brands, and building up knowledge and experience in each to offer consistent service delivery across the group.
