- handling supervisor calls from hotel guests
- verifying that all lower level agents are following proper policies and procedures set by the call center management
- approving lower level agents case escalations
- communicating and cooperating with other departments in the company to ensure that all issues with hotels network get resolved as quickly as possible

- root access to hotel servers
- diagnosing and fixing issues with connection to the local network on computers belonging to hotel guests
- doing a preliminary diagnostics on the hotels network equipment and if needed escalating those to proper departments
