Talent Acquisition & Brand Coordinator
• responsible for all recruitment related processes and policies,
• improving the quality of Recruitment & Selection decisions by providing regular coaching and feedback to Managers and HRBPs; includes ownership of several recruitment processes and ad hoc support in bigger recruitment projects,
• managing relations with third parties (agencies, job portals, students organizations),
• establishing universities relations – organising lectures, workshops, job fairs, internships to build extensive talent pipelines,
• budget control and all recruitment related reporting, trends analysis,
• Brand & EVP Ambassador.

Recruitment Support
• providing recruitment support to Hiring Managers including advising on best practices,
• managing of recruitment processes and candidates within recruitment system,
• contact with external providers: recruitment agencies, job portals and career centers at the universities,
• active participation in job fairs and other recruitment activity events,
• preparing recruitment related reports,
• conducting exit interviews.
