Accountant in AP (Accounts Payables) department.

GOALS:
I am responsible for independent handling of finance accounting based on vouchers and data received in my area of responsibility. I perform tasks according to the procedures to meet quality standards and internationally accepted accounting principles. I am responsible for building and maintaining proper relations with customers'​ departments and customers'​ suppliers.

TASKS:
- manages communication with customers and customers' business partners, provides necessary documentation, reports and analysis,
- proactively supervises and reconciles the accounts to clarify open items in pending or current accounts,
- checks or obtains necessary authorizations according to the procedures,
- makes sure that in her/his area of responsibility the accepted service level with regard to timeliness and accuracy of the accounting data processing is maintained,
- realization of tasks defined in yearly objectives,
- and other tasks defined by supervisor

Junior Accountant in AP (Accounts Payables) department.

Main responsibilities:
-dealing with vendor account operations
-involving liabilities to third-party entities (suppliers, vendors, taxing authorities, etc.)
- processing of incoming invoices
- reconciliation of suppliers,
- VAT and personnel accounts,
- ensuring timely payments to third parties- for goods and services rendered and to employees- e.g. credits from duty travel settlements.

- receiving and segregating focuments
- uploading documents to Easy Capture
- preparing reports
- archiving and sending documents to external company
- communicating between emplyees and suppliers
- preparing/ updating procedures
- using SAP/ SAVVION to check the documents
