Vodafone is undergoing a significant business transformation. This transformation programme is called NewVo – the aim is to transform Vodafone to deliver a world class customer experience for our Consumer and Enterprise customers. NewVo will transform Vodafone through adoption of a universal product catalogue, by simplifying and standardising processes, and adopting consistent delivery methods and tools. The programme is split into Consumer (product including Enterprise small business) and Enterprise (solution) programmes due to the type of customer requirement and the underlying IT technology architecture that needs to be built.

Eurobase People as an integral Part of Eurobase International has been established for over 12 years, and are a well respected provider of both contract and permanent Recruitment Services into some of the most reputable Financial Services, Consultancy, Automotive, Public Sector, RPO and SME organisations within the UK and Europe.

My current Account Manager responsibilities include IT recruitment consultancy, end-to-end recruitment process management and maintaining relationship with our key accounts.

As the Apple Team Talent Sourcer and EMEA Talent Acquisition Specialist I am supporting recruitment processes for Apple Retail with focus on the German market.

My role as the AIESEC Internship Exchange Coordinator involved:

- managing recruitment processes for international AIESEC internship programs
- managing candidate global database - AIESEC international student network (over 100 countries)
- attracting new potential employers for foreign interns on the Polish market
- working environment: multilingual, international, multicultural, initiative

As a freelance business language trainer for Warsaw companies I was responsible for:

- conceptualizing, tailoring and delivering complex language courses and training for corporate clients in diverse business sectors: law, banking, finance,marketing, HR, private healthcare, engineering.

Over the period of my activity I have developed an extensive network of business professionals in various sectors and departments of Warsaw based companies.

- Delivering simultaneous and consecutive interpreting services (scholarly sessions, business, other) and translation (legal, finance, other) in English German and Polish
- Post-graduate studies in conference interpreting - passed with merits
