Responsible for managing 3 main areas:
- Production , Production Planning , IT
Main duties:
- Working on position Production Manager as a prior additionally managing planning team and IT.
- Leading each morning fast response meetings (QSB) - cross functional meeting combining Quality, Production, Engineering , Development, Logistics, Maintenance, IT. Goal of those meetings are define priorities for short term and long term which are operationaly has influance on whole plant.
- Reporting and taking responsibility to Top Management KPI's like : OEE, SCRAP, Standard stock, Plan accuracy , Overtime, Production accuracy, PPMs etc. on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Monitoring and managing headcount necessary for running efficiently production by implementing own build methodology and tool. Optimization of work force to maximum by detail anallisis current buissnes status.
- Monitoring and managing production forecast based on customer requirements in order to address adequate plant activities.
- Managing planning team by conroling and cross department approach, Control meeting lead.
- Managing IT team in full organization aspect, like servers maitenance, EDI connections controling, Line service and Helpdesk service daily task accomplishment.
- All daily accomplished dutes are constantly dictated by Quality, Cost Efficient and innovation approach.
- Active participation in BEP activities - plant saving activities by initiating own ideas for cost reduction and cost avoidance.
- Deputy of Operational Manager (during absence)

Project:
Server room restructurization / modernization 2020 ->
- main activity is to modernize server room in order to secure all buissnes areas from potential faliure and be according to newest IT standards.

Main duties:
- Project leading - OES Transfer
- Managing and controlling OE/AM/OES Production and processes
- Managing AM Distribution warehouse
- Controlling and reporting key performance indicators (scrap, efficiency, quality, production on time, availability, orderfill, EHS, etc)
- Preparing and controling budget – operational and capital expenses (OPEX, CAPEX)
- Taking live part in building AOP for next year
- Developing / challenging team members by building for each adequate self-development program
- Leading transfers using self-developed tools / templates / check lists

Project:
- EU OES Transfer 2016 - 2018
- Activities has been mainly focused on transfers - OES business - as a leader and representative of the Plant I was organizing all what is needed to do transfer starting from machines (including capacity utilization study), equipment (defining refurbishment yes or no), tools, components to involving all representatives from plant departments like Finance, Logistics, Production, Tool shop etc.
Used means : conference calls, trips to Plants - face to face sessions, meetings.

Apart from managing AM production during that time my new role was to build OES department which will have as a task to full fill requirements of OES customers. Idea was to centralize production of OES products in one plant by transferring and organizing in most efficient production. Activities was focused to gather data analyse it and prepare business plan how to organize it. Whole scope was to base on that data define what type of machines and layouts will need to be implemented plus calculate efficiency of that approach. Additionally most important was to do all transfer activities having full awareness and support form customer side convincing them that it brings on both side savings.
- During this period I visit half a globe benchmarking other sister plants.

Main duties:
- Production Supervisor for over 70 people
- Daily work with SAP (module PP)
- production planning / material requirements based on customer demand (AM - After Market) based on forecasts (SAP)
- Basic data control, dynamically adjusting settings to the market situation (SAP)
- Building tools for supporting organization of work (MS Access)

Project:
- TS Transfer 2014 - 2015
- main goal was to transfer production from point A to point B, project contained transfer of machines, production tools and moving supplies from one vendor to another.

Responsible for: Leader of the Project

Main duties:
* daily work with SAP (module PP) :
- production planning / material requirements based on customer demand (OE) and (AM) based on forecasts (SAP)
- sales forecasting (creating supporting models) based on historical data or market situation [MRP Monitor] (SAP)
- MRP data control, dynamically adjusting settings to the market situation (SAP)
* inventory control and reduction (IABF tool usage/maintenance)
* creating databases in MS Access and advanced Excel files
- preparing data for BOS (Business Operation System) - main Plant key metrics
- leading team during project implementations (see below main Projects)
- implementation of following concepts: CWS (central warehouse shipment concept), EU - D movers planning, MTO (make to order concept), MNM (move
not make concept).

Project:
- Central Warehouse Shipment 2008 - 2009
- CWS Project - main scope was to centralize warehouses in Europe (Tenneco of course) + create application/database which is responsible for distributing stock to right place between distribution centers.

Responsible for: Build universal database and distribute it to all Plants by installing it and make training session in all visited location
