Project and Process Manager / Process Improvement Lead
Business Process and Project Manager role in Global Quality & Transformation Process Management Team. Involved in payroll and time tracking systems implementation and optimization projects in the EMEA, APJ and AMS regions. Also acting as PM in split projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drives timely completion of Project Management deliverables and overall quality of the project resulting from the payroll roadmap.
• Identifies new projects by looking for the process and/or system improvements opportunities.
• Daily monitors project tasks execution to ensure timely completion of the deliverables.
• Controls scope, quality, budget and regularly communicates the progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• Coordinates testing plan development and execution.
• Oversees the system design, requirements and processes in scope with relation to Country specifics.
• Supports MOC (Management of Change) Lead to ensure changes are communicated effectively within respective country.
• Drives a successful hand off to operations and ensures project objectives are achieved.
Working with Project Managers, Process Leads and Quality Leads in system implementation projects across EMEA, AMS and APJ regions, as global UPIM (Unified Process Improvement Methodology) lead.
• Designing and transforming Payroll and Time Tracking processes worldwide to drive standardization, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Analysis of HR and Payroll processes to identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization and efficiency gains.
• Definition and design of business processes, from analysis to implementation of systems, in accordance with standard methodology, tools and guiding principles.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Portfolio Manager and Analysis Specialist
Realization of various projects connected with business process mapping, analysis and improvements in Shared Services Finance area – responsibility for showing all connections and dependencies between processes, teams and tasks. Including:
• Building and maintaining centralized process model integrated with standardized process documentation and detailed process manuals – facilitating end-to-end process view, process improvements and enhanced control framework.
• Preparation of business process maps, using iGrafx software and Web Central platform (as well as other software - including Visio and Power Point for different process view).
• Performing detailed process review with full assessment of subprocesses, timeline, systems, data, documentation, governance, stakeholders and others – for selected processes.
• Preparation and completion of business process documentation – including manuals and process templates (standardized document with key points describing the process – including timeframes, inputs, outputs, systems, responsibilities, policies and others).
• Meetings and interviews with team leaders and process owners (people from different countries and cultures, from around the world) – for completing information and process
data, and for including possible future changes in processes and process documentation.
Taking part in different projects and initiatives within Shared Services Finance area, including: Control Framework (defining and implementing process metrics for better process control) - as a local Project Manager, end-to-end process analysis, processes transitions and others.
