 Successfully completed the migration of order to cash reporting and analysis activities for 11 countries from Pfizer’s Shared Service Centre in Dublin to the newly established Zoetis Shared Service Centre in Warsaw (including a complex Principal model and which services c. 80 countries across multiple geographies – EuAfME and CLAR)
 Restructuring entire AR process from “management by entity” to “management by process” including external and internal knowledge transfers.
 Leading continuous improvement initiatives including responsibility for control enhancement remediation after internal and external audits.
 Business sub-process owner for credit management, billing and accounts receivable for the implementation of SAP across 10 EuAfME countries

RESPONSIBILITIES
 Supervision and management of 15 direct/indirect reports
 Management of credit risk, order release, collections and analysis and reporting activities for Order to Cash
 Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated reports for 11 markets for markets finance directors
 Month End Close Activities and participation in quarterly balance sheet reviews
 AR/GL reconciliations (booking adjustments identified during the AR to GL reconciliations )
 Ensuring that the month end process controls are followed and captured for audit review (Sarbanes Oxley)
 Cooperation with auditors during US GAAP audits;
 Supporting the O2C Manager in the preparation of the weekly and monthly KPI's

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
-Implementation of continuous improvement project and standardisation-Green Belt Project( 6-Sigma)- reduced of unapplied cash to 0 and reduced unallocated cash 40%
-O2C processes migration from Local Markets( Colombia, Venezuela) to Shell Service Center- Krakow

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Dealing everyday as a single point of contact to on shore business ( Shell Petroleum Brazil)
-Deputising for the Team Manager mainly attending stakeholders, producing KPI results and dealing with escalations
-Producing daily, weekly and monthly management reports to analyse customers’ Accounts Receivable
-Provide accurate commentary on significant movements in the period /financial review
-Liaising with Treasury Back Office , R2R Department, Sales Support, Debt Collection to matching invoices, allocating accurately
-Support all external audits, including US GAAP and local statutory audits for markets supported by shared services
-Customers refunds and posting of authorised write off
-Drives Back-up and succession planning for other Shell Clusters( Spain, Argentina, Slovenia)

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
 Successful launch of Portuguese subsidiary
RESPONSIBILITIES
 Establishment of subsidiary in Portugal
 Management and coordination of a team of 8 people responsible for the migration of activities from Dublin (Accounting, Administrative, Technical)
 Oversee the accounting operations of subsidiary corporations, particularly: internal controls, transaction-processing and compliance with local legal and statutory requirements.
 Provide financial analyses as needed, in particular for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations
 Deal with the Bank to check the works in order to draw down the funds from bank loan
 Preparation of reports for indirect and direct tax filling
 Developing and maintaining appropriate client/customer relationships
 Support Sales and Marketing
 Assessing new potential markets, organizing Exhibitions of Overseas Properties in London, Dublin and Moscow.

RESPONSIBILITIES
 Technical/Finance support, planning and construction management
 Projection of developers costs and forecasts of future income/outgoings
 Make appropriate changes in projects according to need of customers while maintaining budget and schedules
 Main point of contact for banks/brokers (credit risk analysis and assist with valuations)
 Dealing with all finance issues with the accounting department
 Main Projects/investment: Sesimbra Bay (€27.000.000); Villaggio Manique (€16.000.000)

RESPONSIBILITIES
 Processing back office to ensure correct booking of invoices in accordance with defined processes and client's requirements
