Successfully completed the migration of order to cash reporting and analysis activities for 11 countries from Pfizer’s Shared Service Centre in Dublin to the newly established Zoetis Shared Service Centre in Warsaw (including a complex Principal model and which services c. 80 countries across multiple geographies – EuAfME and CLAR)
Restructuring entire AR process from “management by entity” to “management by process” including external and internal knowledge transfers.
Leading continuous improvement initiatives including responsibility for control enhancement remediation after internal and external audits.
Business sub-process owner for credit management, billing and accounts receivable for the implementation of SAP across 10 EuAfME countries
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervision and management of 15 direct/indirect reports
Management of credit risk, order release, collections and analysis and reporting activities for Order to Cash
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated reports for 11 markets for markets finance directors
Month End Close Activities and participation in quarterly balance sheet reviews
AR/GL reconciliations (booking adjustments identified during the AR to GL reconciliations )
Ensuring that the month end process controls are followed and captured for audit review (Sarbanes Oxley)
Cooperation with auditors during US GAAP audits;
Supporting the O2C Manager in the preparation of the weekly and monthly KPI's

-Dealing everyday as a single point of contact to on shore business ( Shell Petroleum Brazil)
-Deputising for the Team Manager mainly attending stakeholders, producing KPI results and dealing with escalations
-Producing daily, weekly and monthly management reports to analyse customers’ Accounts Receivable
-Provide accurate commentary on significant movements in the period /financial review
-Liaising with Treasury Back Office , R2R Department, Sales Support, Debt Collection to matching invoices, allocating accurately
-Support all external audits, including US GAAP and local statutory audits for markets supported by shared services
-Customers refunds and posting of authorised write off
-Drives Back-up and succession planning for other Shell Clusters( Spain, Argentina, Slovenia)
