• Building and strengthening the client base.
• Checking from time to time the latest manpower requirements of the existing clients assigned to me.
• Understanding the staffing needs of the clients by checking their Website to get full knowledge of their Business Profile before forwarding the requirements to the respective offices.
• Advising the clients of the preferred nationalities for the vacancies that arise, based on the qualifications required, salary offered and the job destination.
• Providing the clients with all the information they need for processing the candidates visas per country, starting from the required documentation, such as Job Orders and Demand Letters for some countries prior to the deployment, ending with the air ticket.
• Assisting Clients all the way to expedite recruitment process.
• Maintain a high profile in the professional and business communities.
• Conduct sales and marketing calls to book meetings with potential clients.
• Send follow-up marketing materials and make follow-up monthly calls to establish relationships.
