with Polish and International Financial Reporting Standards (organizing field work,
reporting to managers)
-Analyzing financial statements
-Preparing audit opinions and reports

-Performing various accounting tasks and assist the Business
Services Manager with Controllers activities
-Acting as day to day contact with bookkeeping and tax compliance service providers
-Preparing and submitting documentation to Houston Operations Accounting for
journal entries originating in Poland and visa versa
-Performing reconciliation to ensure that all transactions are recorded in both local
statutory books kept by local service provider and U.S. GAAP books kept by Houston
Operations Accounting
-Coordinating preparation of EM management reports
-Preparing cash disbursement vouchers/wire transfer requests with supporting
documentation and routing to appropriate parties for goods/services received, rate
verification and approval
-Tracking of contract expenditures and compliance with contract terms for non-drilling contracts

-Taking part in preparation of benchmarking analysis for purpose of transfer pricing
documentation
-Participating in the process of preparation of transfer pricing documentation

-Bookkeeping and managerial accounting for 2 Decathlon’s outlets
-Preparing monthly cost reports for outlet’s director needs
-Reporting monthly outlet’s financial results to the Parent

-Auditing financial statements
-Verifying key controls, reporting in conformity with PAS and IAS
