· Preparation of Internal Audit related key performance data such as staff productivity, audit budget achievement, audit performance related metrics;
· Support the monitoring and reporting of Internal Audit’s staff budget utilization;
· Support the analytical preparation and documentation of Internal Audit’s Annual Planning and Quarterly Business Review processes (i.e. analysis and reporting of audit plan changes and risk coverage);
· Preparation monthly reports for external regulators;
· Support the Action Tracking Verification Review process;
· Support the COO team in any ad-hoc request.

Responsible for Log all Market Data contracts in the Market Data inventory tool, set up of new services in the Market Data inventory tool, assignment of users to the requested services, update of service prices, pro-active communication with Market Data vendors, investigation on discrepancies between contracts data and database, support with reconciliation of invoices to the inventory system to ensure timely payments in line with contractual obligations, investigating and owning invoice/costs queries through to resolution, cultivate and encourage collaborative, team working environment, work hand in hand with global teams to ensure global standards and optimal service provision, making Bloomberg and DACS data uploads and analysis of their results.

- Carry out audits of financial statements prepared in accordance with the Accounting Act and International Accounting Standards;
- Carry out semi-annual reviews of financial statements of listed companies;
- Within the context of audit, testing different areas of the financial statements and a full documentation of the work, verification of proper functioning of internal control systems and carry out an inventory of assets;
- Preparation of draft opinions and auditor's report;
- Verify the accuracy of financial statements drawn up;
- Communication with customers.
