Accounts Payables AP at SAP BSCE for French Market

11/2006 – 6/2009 Accounts Payable Specialist at SAP Business Service Centre Europe (SAP BSCE) in Prague, Czech Republic, supporting AP Department (P2P) for the local subsidiaries of SAP in France. Main duties:

• Internal and external communication in English and French, support to vendors´ and SAP colleagues´ requests.
• Booking of vendor invoices into SAP R/3.
• Temporary accounts reconciliation.
• Achieving the scheduled payment runs for vendors and travel expenses.
• Creation of accruals and AP reports for the Month End Closing and Year End Closing periods.
• Ensuring transparency and effectiveness according to international financial standards: compliance with SOX rules.
• Cooperation with Quality Management Department and other crossed processes.
• Support the training of new comers to our team.

08/2008 Work-shadowing at Business Objects SSC in Dublin for Business Objects SA migration to SAP SSC in Prague. Knowledge transfer process, standardization and improvements.

06/2008 Providing trainings about AP processes on ISP system – SAP R3 addressed to Business Objects AP Specialists in Dublin.
05/2008 Testing into IST for AP processes in order to achieve ISP integration of Business Objects Company into the SAP structure. Prevention of potential risks. Collaboration with Quality Management Department.

08/2007 2-days intensive trainings: introduction to C2C (AR), bank reconciliation and better understanding about the Corporate Treasury general role in SAP.

07/2007 Work-shadowing in France. Migration and standardisation of SAP Labs France to SSC in Prague.

11/2006 Hired by SAP BSCE in Prague. Intensive trainings as AP generalist: P2P team for SAP France, Algeria and Morocco (French speaking market).
