• Sourcing the reputed buyers, stores and licensed label.
• Processing the orders as per the buyer quality standard.
• Corresponding promptly about day-by-day status.

Looking after commercial aspects from pre-order to shipment and post shipment activities:

• Documentation, administration and office management.
• Check terms & conditions of export L/Cs of Buyer.
• Prepare Invoice, Packing List, Issue EXP from bank
• Check Bank-to-Bank documents as per customs rules and correct documents as appropriate.
• Prepare Sales Contract for Buyer.
• Ensure shipping documents submission and follow up with buyer.
• Prepare all other export related documentations.
• Conduct with BGMEA, EPB, Bangladesh Bank and MCCI to get the related job done.
• Maintain good relation with banks and select appropriate bank comparing in terms of the commissions and charges of different bank with L/C credit limit position.
• Maintain constant contact with the suppliers, indent firms and shipping line company to ensure vessel position and availability.
• Sourcing appropriate C&F agent for duties, taxes, port charge, agent charges and other party payments and finalize the same with management.
• Ensure all company licenses & certificates are renewed timely including obtain, new license and certificates as per requirements.
• Co-ordinate with the production department to comply with the TNA plan to meet the delivery deadline.
• Maintain the cashbook and petty cash.
• Daily basis update to top management.
