My main responsibilities were: preparation and posting of journal entries, being responsible for the balance sheet accounts reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation process, preparation and posting of intercompany invoices, ensuring close process is completed in an accurate and timely manner - preparation of accruals, pre-paid releases, KPI/OPIs calculation, performing a high level review of both B/S and P/L for obvious errors, omissions or inconsistencies, very good cooperation with local chief accountants, supporting team members, processing of all ad-hoc reports/queries/requests, implementing process improvements. I was responsible for successful knowledge transfer from Austria and Poland which was implemented in Warsaw as well as knowledge transfer from Poland to India.

I was working on foreign companies which are based in Malta. My main responsibilities were preparing audit working papers and building Financial Statements. My other tasks included updating general ledgers (using SAGE), meeting with clients, customer/supplier reconciliations, assisting in preparation of VAT Returns, bank tasks, preparing invoices/payments (transfer instructions), creating reports and other related duties.

During the first month I was on an internship. My relationship with the company was prolonged as I subsequently obtained a part time employment in the department of accountancy and finance. My responsibilities included issuing reports, invoices, postings in Symfonia (accounting software) and customer relationships.

During this period I was working simultaneously for Dominet SA and Warta.

My initial duties were verifying policies and inputting policy details into the ZSI system. When I obtained the position of a senior assistant my role in the department of registration was to investigate policies and the work performed by agents affiliated with our firm. My primary duties were to prepare and submit investigative reports, covering all phases of the investigation.
