* Suppliers management, development and risk analyses (including financial) in flexible plastic bags area
* Sourcing supply stream strategy development and implementation,
* Negotiations of supply agreements, tender preparations and performance
* Market and technology development follow up (also sustainability in flexible plastic packaging)
* New suppliers identification and participation in its qualification,
* Supplier relations management including Business Review Meetings (BRMs),

* Project leading and support: batch size optimization project, sustainability project within bags, innovation projects support, global cross functional team alignment ensuring launches of new products at suppliers and plants.
* Supply stream leadership, cooperation with SQM (quality improvements), R&D in packaging area, supporting implementation of sustainable solutions (plastic reduction), cooperation with technical managers and graphic designers.
