Some of the responsibilities include performing non-routine analyses according to United States Pharmacopeia, client protocol, or other sources in compliance with the appropriate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs) and regulatory agency guidelines. In addition work duties include setting up equipment and maintaining a clean and safe laboratory work environment by performing routine maintenance.

Lead Chemist on a project/organic chemistry/manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients.
Some of the work diuties include:
' Kilo Lab and Pilot Plant manufacturing of APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingrediens) and intermediates
' Provide support to the Managers and other team members, under a multi-shift manufacturing environment
' Author and utilize a wide variety of written procedures, including batch records and OP's
' Work in accordance with FDA, OSHA, EPA, DNR, DOT, and other regulatory agency guidelines
' As a primary or secondary operator maintaining accurate and concise cGMP records
' Responsible for keeping inventory up to date during each shift, and purchasing raw materials for assigned projects
' Accurately perform routine and non-routine in process testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
' Demonstrate a basic understanding of project chemistry and laboratory procedures
' Demonstrate knowledge of production related capabilities

-performs lipid analysis work including fat and fatty acids by gas chromatography. Along with performing the assays, preparing standards and calculating data. In addition to lipid analysis, also performs the peroxide value analysis as well as other miscellaneous assays (omega-3, omega-6, palmitic acid, titrations, methanol-chlorophorm extraction, HPLC for Thiamine, spectrophotometry for anisidine etc.).
- maintains a clean and safe laboratory work environment by performing routine maintenance and review of annual goals to ensure they are completed.
Perform routine chemical procedures including sample preparationa and analysis, modifies established procedures within specified guidelines, operates general lab equipment, troubleshoots equipment and performs routine maintenance, does calculations and convertions, and compiles data obtained, instruct other technicians as required, perform other duties as assigned.

Quality control testings, chemistry and microbiological analysis, instrumental analytical chemistry, insuring quality standards, inspecting incoming raw materials, sanitation inspections of product equipment, pre-production and post-production inspection of product, general lab diuties.

Provide customer professional service, collect payments, operate computer, consumer call center service, telephone banking service provided as a telephone operator.

Handle packages, stock pharmaceuticals, accurately pick and pull orders, work as a team member.
