Support Specialist
Key Accountabilities:
Working directly with the client, suppliers and the Client Services teams, the Support Specialist act as one of the main point of contact for all queries relating to the Support service and taking responsibility for the resolution of those queries to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Supporting the rest of the team on an ongoing basis and working as part of the team to achieve targets and goals
• Acting as a deputy Team Leader (Support)
• Acting as a role model for the team
• Coordinating other people’s workload
• Managing various ad-hoc administrative activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process.
• Ownership of the group inbox, ensuring all requests that come in to this are allocated to the team members
• Managing inbound and outbound helpdesk calls; taking ownership for each query to resolve it within agreed SLA`s
• Ownership of the Operations Manual and other process documentation; making updates on need basis and making the team aware of this
• Be known as a local point for escalations
