HR Specialist (IT area)
Responsibilities:
• Cooperating with all internal departments and managers regarding recruitment process and other HR related issues
• Coordinating and conducting full cycle recruitment processes for IT positions: screening of CVs, conducting calls and face to face interviews with selected candidates, preparing and presenting job offers
• Managing the on-boarding for new employees and making sure all hiring documentation is in place
Establishing and maintaining relationships with external recruitment companies
• Being a part of a team working on a new Employer Branding Strategy, participating in Job Fairs contacting universities and taking part in other promotional activities
• Preparing HR reports and presentations for the team, Board and Nordea Group
