• Negotiation of rates and salary expectations;
• Recruiting of both passive and active candidates by using global and local professional social websites, boolean search, internal database and other recruitment techniques;
• Conducting competency based interviews;
• Outlining targeted a sourcing strategy;
• Working on recruitment projects across Czech Republic, UK and Nordic countries in area of: IT (mostly senior roles within PM, Engineering, SAP, IT, Commercial), Finance, Procurement, Pharma, Medical Affairs, Sales and HR.
