- conducting recruitment projects for Shared Services/ BPO Centers in Kraków within Customer Service, HR and data analysis areas:
- implementing creative and targeted sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of both active and passive candidates,
- shortlisting (telephone and F2F interviewing) candidates for live vacancies,
- making and negotiating offers,
- preparing all relevant documentation related to job initiation for employees.
- Acquiring candidates
- Creating reports on the candidates in both Polish and English,
- Checking the language skills of candidates,
- Creating and posting ads in the media.
